Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided there is a valid reason for doing so.

The deadline for requesting a refund is 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests will only be accepted for the following reasons:

• The KITE system is not functioning as intended for the client.

• System downtime exceeds 2 consecutive days in a week or 7 consecutive days in a month.

To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement via email.

We will process the refund no later than 7 days from the approval date of your refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• The issue must be related to system functionality, including but not limited to non-performance or prolonged downtime exceeding 2 consecutive days in a week or 7 consecutive days in a month.

• Refunds will not be issued for reasons outside of technical malfunctions, such as user error, dissatisfaction with features, or change of mind.

Exclusions:

• Refunds will not be provided for cases where the system is functional and performing as expected.

• Any misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference with the software will void eligibility for a refund.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@kiteapp.net with details of the issue encountered. We may require additional information or troubleshooting steps to verify the claim before approval.

We cannot process refunds without verifying the reported issue. Therefore, please provide necessary details and, if applicable, screenshots or logs demonstrating the malfunction.
